Renowned law firm DLA Piper has leased approx. 6,900 sq m of office space and 50 private parking spaces, leaving 2,219 sq m of distinctive boutique loft offices at the garden floor and the ground floor. The available offices spaces and 17 parking spaces are suitable for one or two tenants. A singel tenant could interconnect both floors with stairs and create an own entrance at Prinses Amaliaplein.
